Moments

Yes, I realize we just left our home of four years and our good friends but I'm not ready to talk about it just yet.

Yesterday in the car Jack and I were chatting about what happened when his imaginary beetle got a flat tire and Bongo let him borrow his Mini Cooper and took his beetle to the mechanic for him. All at once he said, "Oh, I have to remember to tell Dee-da about that." I asked him who Dee-da was, he said, "Oh, just someone I work with." It was all so matter of fact that I just burst out laughing. What a funny kid.

Tonight at dinner, Jack was staring off into space. I asked him what he was thinking and he said, "I was just thinking that it's about time for us to buy a BMW."

Pretty much sums up the inner workings of my child's brain.

He's hilarious! I love this boy! How is life? I just need to call you. Blogs are great, but every now and then I enjoy an old-fashioned conversation.
